Iggy's career in real estate started in 2005 at the age of 18 when he assisted his broker's client purchase a home in Sherman Oaks. By the time Iggy was 20 years old he had generated over $10,000,000 in closed real estate transactions. As a result, Iggy had completed sales for not only first time homebuyers but also several luxury and celebrity clients. His early experience far outweighs the typical real estate agent's skill level, making Iggy the ideal real estate advisor for any homeowner.
Furthermore, Iggy has spent the last 10 years mastering the new home sales and new construction process. He has personally closed over 300 listing-side transactions and know how and when to negotiate. What does this mean to the average consumer? Last but not least, Iggy completed his education at University of California, Santa Barbara where he also studied Business, Law, Marketing, Economics and Accounting.
